1. Postage & Packing is charged at cost to keep the total price to you as low as possible. The amount charged will be determined by your selected location at the time of ordering.

2. It is your responsibility to inform us of non-delivery. In the event that your book fails to arrive within a reasonable time (we usually allow 30 days for this) we will ship you a replacement order without question.

3. UK and International orders will be shipped by Royal Mail printed papers service. If you request the use of another service you will be billed for any additional postage costs incurred.

4. Delivery times are advisory and not guaranteed but will be as expedient as possible.

1. Every book you order is supplied on an "appraisal" basis. If you are not delighted with your purchase please return it within 7 days of receipt for full refund of your original purchase price of the book. Please note, as this book is sold solely to raise funds for ANCHOR, we will not refund the postage and packing cost attached to your order.

2. The UK's Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods ordered within 7 days of delivery. To cancel your contract, please inform us by email, telephone or mail. Please return your book securely in the packaging in which you received it and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

4. Please use a recorded-delivery service for your protection.

5. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. If we delivered the item to you in error and we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your residence at your cost.

6. We will refund the purchase price for your book when we receive notice of your cancellation of your contract. The return postage will not be refunded.

7. It is your responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition. If the goods are damaged in transit you may only receive a partial refund at our discretion.
